This technique develops an ability to regain posture and avoid unnecessary muscular and mental tension, especially when sitting or standing with body weight unevenly distributed, holding one’s head incorrectly, walking or running inefficiently, and responding to stressful stimuli in an exaggerated way Each week, one session runs from 10:00 – 11:00 and another from 11:00 – 12.00. Enrol in either the 10.00 or the 11.00 session.
