Tai Chi for Beginners

When:       Mondays March 16 – June 15    2:00 – 4:00  (14 sessions)

This is a sequence of 21 Forms of Sun-style Tai Chi, formulated by Dr Paul Lam, and specifically aimed at those at risk of falling and injury. The purpose is to facilitate balance and co-ordination while learning a gentle form of exercise and improving core strength. Wear loose comfortable clothing, flat-soled shoes, notepaper (if desired), a good attitude. Participants should attend all 14 sessions
