Please Note: We have changed our online enrolment process and think it is now even simpler than before. Please read carefully what follows.
Members can take as many sessions as they wish, subject only to spaces being available in those sessions with capped enrolments. You must be or become a financial member before you can enrol in any sessions.
Click here to learn how to become a member or renew an expired membership.
Please Also Note: Because of the popularity of some sessions with limited numbers of spaces, we have designed the enrolment process to ensure that spaces are allocated as fairly as possible. SESSIONS WITH CAPPED ENROLMENTS ARE PRINTED IN BLUE ON THIS WEBSITE AND ON THE ENROLMENT FORMS. Please carefully follow the instructions on the enrolment form. Also, in view of Covid-19, we have restricted seating to observe appropriate distancing regulations.
Once you have chosen your sessions you can enrol in one of three easy ways as follows:
1. Enroling Online
Here is our new enrolment form which will open in a new page.
Make sure you press the submit button right at the bottom of the form.
Do NOT submit until AFTER MIDNIGHT (i.e. 12:01 am) on Friday, February 12). Any enrolment forms which arrive before this will not be accepted and must be resubmitted.
2. Enroling in Person If you prefer the personal touch, you can find out more about U3A, enrol in courses and take out or renew memberships face-to-face on Fridays February 12, 19 and 26 from 10:00 to noon at the Wynyard Showground Poultry Clubroom, to the left of the main Reception Hall.
3. Enroling By Mail For those without access to email.
1: Download the enrolment form by clicking here and printing it out. Copies of the enrolment form are also available at the Wynyard Library.
2: Complete the form and either mail it to U3A Wynyard, 45 Jackson Street, Wynyard, 7325 or scan it back into your computer and send as an email attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be notified by email, SMS or phone with confirmation of the sessions in which you have obtained places.
