Introduction to Qigong

Qigong is an ancient self-healing art which uses a combination of gentle movement and breathing techniques to cleanse the body and strengthen and support the flow of Qi. It also aids the understanding of Tai Chi. These sessions will introduce participants to Wudang Longevity Qigong.

Wear comfortable loose-fitting clothing and soft, flat-soled shoes. A notebook and pen may be useful.
