Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention

Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention is a sequence of 21 Forms of Sun-style Tai Chi, formulated by Dr Paul Lam, and specifically aimed at those at risk of falling and injury.  The purpose is to facilitate balance and co-ordination, while learning a gentle form of exercise and improving core strength. Wear loose comfortable clothing, flat-soled shoes.  Bring notepaper (if desired) and a good attitude. Participants should attend all 12 sessions.
